Refund Policy

At FashionHunte, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
✔ All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
✔ You must request a return within 7 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie & underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Accessories (earrings, scarves, belts, hair accessories)

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Customized or personalized items


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@fashionhunte.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos (if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective)

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.


4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If you received:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong size or wrong color

  • A completely different item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:

  • Replace the item free of charge, or

  • Issue a full refund if the item is unavailable.

Proof (photos/videos) is required.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

✔ If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
✔ Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a package is returned to us due to a wrong/insufficient address provided by the customer, the shipping fee will not be refunded.


6. Exchanges

We currently allow exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Color changes (if available)

If your desired size/color is not in stock, we will issue a refund instead.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/credit card statement again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

  3. If still not resolved, email us at support@fashionhunte.com


9. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • In case of damaged/wrong items, FashionHunte covers the return cost
