1. How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping (if available) takes 4–7 business days.


2. How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location.


5. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos, and we will replace or refund your order.


6. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • With all original tags and packaging

Some items like lingerie, swimwear, and sale items cannot be returned.


7. Do you offer exchanges?

If the size/color is not available, we will issue a refund.

After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

14. My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?

Tracking sometimes updates slowly, especially during busy seasons.
Allow 24–72 hours. If still not updating, contact us.
